You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Many of our items are handcrafted, so small variations in finish, size and texture are normal and are not defects.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed. If a price is corrected, we will contact you before processing and you may cancel for a full refund.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Your card or bank statement will show this charge as ZIONPE — not Pickedwell. If you see a charge you do not recognise, please email us before contacting your bank and we will identify it for you straight away.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, there is a pricing or description error, we suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method, or we cannot ship to your delivery address.

Shipping times, costs and customs responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will refund or replace it as set out in our policies.

Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — is our property or licensed to us, and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

You agree not to use this site to break any law, infringe our rights or those of others, transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms. The version published on this site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
